Take a note of that as well as the estimated/wanted date & time of
arrival (in some cases the departure as well) to your destination. Up to this
point it is you that has to put a little effort but from that point on it is on
our agents to guide your trip. As step four our team members arrange the best
aircraft type that suits your needs and desires and start scheduling your trip.
If it is a work trip or just a special occasion they you usually offer our
customers the option of branding aircraft which is our optional step five. As
next step, based on the chosen aircraft they inform the passengers about the
luggage and ask for their desires on catering services. All these steps are
directly related to the flight but what happens afterwards? Here comes step
eight that helps arranging private transfer from or to the airport which
completes the organization part of your trip. As last step our team informs the
passenger on pricings and cost of the trip with payment instructions.
